So skip the lofty “helping others reach their full potential” jargon and just tell a grounded, honest story about a time you helped someone at work — what they were struggling with, what you did, and what made you step in. Then tie it back to how you’ll show up at Tepper (as a teammate, as a career ally, as someone who shares the win), and maybe lightly nod to how that mindset will carry into your post-MBA life. Start with real actions; the “philosophy” can come later — it’s just a frame, not the heart of the essay.
