Why do you offer Unlimited Calls?
We do not believe in any barriers between our consultant and you. We believe that flawless communication is the key to a successful application. Sure, we could have put a limit to the calls and reduced our fee accordingly but I believe that it would lead to a half-hearted application. Hence, no matter if you wish to go for 3 schools or 7 schools. We offer unlimited calls for all of them.
Who will be my consultant?
All our students work directly with our Founder, Nirvan.
Will you write my essays for me?
We do not write the essays for you as we strongly believe that your essays should reflect your personality & individuality. We will work closely with you to make sure that your essays convey your message in the best possible way with regard to content and presentation. However, Nirvan will make improvements in storytelling & other content & visual improvements, edit the essays, check for grammatical errors & much more, but will not write the essays for you. Hope you understand.
What is your Turn around Time?
Our Founder, Nirvan, generally replies to all queries within 24 hours. However, our maximum turnaround time is 48 hours. We are proud to have one of the fastest turn around time in the industry. Your call with Nirvan can be at any time of the day, any day of the week. This will be mutually agreed upon by you and Nirvan. Any queries sent to contact@applicant-x.com will be answered within 1 business day. Nirvan will also provide you with a mobile number & you can contact him on WhatsApp/email/phone.
What is your Privacy Policy?
You can expect absolute professionalism and strict privacy in handlingall your information, as we understand these contain personal information. You can trust that all the content will be protected; we will not use them in any other applications or share them with any other students without your explicitly permission.
Can I add more schools at a later stage?
Yes, you can. However any additional school will be at the rate of INR 50,000 / school for the Complete Application Service.
Do you offer any discounts?
Unfortunately, we do not. We do, however, urge you to look at the MBA-X Program if you are looking for a lower price point program.
Kindly note if you make a complete payment in one go, we will offer one complementary school service (Complete Application Service for 1 additional B-school)
How do I make a payment?
You can directly make the payment through the above 'Book Now' Button. Or you can also reach out to our team and they can help you with any issues.
Do you offer a payment plan?
Yes, we do. To begin with we would require you to pay an advance of 35% of the total fee. Another 35% post 7 days of the initial payment and the balance 30% post 15 days of the initial payment.
Do you offer guaranteed admission to any B-schools?
No. We believe that no one can guarantee admission to any of these B-schools. To promise you otherwise would be a lie. What we promise is that we guarantee that we will give our 200% to help you succeed. We try harder than any other firm and any other consultants out there to invest in your success.
Do you offer any refunds?
Yes, we do. If you don't like what we offer, we don't want your money. As simple as that.
We offer 100% complete refund with a no questions asked policy. Just email us within 7 days of your payment and we will refund you the complete amount. Any refund might take 5 business days to reflect in your bank account.
